What to do food wise with a Balsam Peru allergy
Review what you eat and see if there are any favorite foods on this list. If so, try to avoid or reduce their intake for one month. You may find that you are intolerant/allergic to them because of the Balsam of Peru chemical property in them. (Dietary Restrictions may take 3-4 weeks to show benefit! Be patient! The reason is this is a delayed response allergy. Therefore dietary corrections give a delayed response as well). If you improve, you should add back one food per week to see if avoidance really makes a difference. Frequently, one or two foods are truly found to be of fault. See Dr Mercolas advice on Balsam Peru Allergy.
